Good Service AT&T

Good service deserves mention in these times where most retail places treat you as just a number or a wad of cash. Robert at the AT&T store in Dupont Circle was the exception. My cell phone died last night and, being on travel, I really needed it fixed or replaced mucho pronto. Robert greeted me when I walked in and listenned, really listened, to my situation. Rather than try to upsell me to a phone I didn’t want or need or another commitment, he got me a phone that met my specifications (makes phone calls and NO camera). 20 minutes including setup of the new device and I was out the door for much less than I expected. People gripe about AT&T customer service, but if your lucky enough to run into Robert at the Dupont Circle DC store, I don’t think you’ll be dissapointed.
